Public status page coming soon. We are evaluating a hosted status provider (Statuspage, Better Stack, Instatus) and will publish the URL here once chosen. Until then, for live incident updates email support@trybart.com or check the changelog for recent platform changes.
How to check API health today
- Documented endpoint health:
GET /api/healthreturns 200 when the API server is reachable. - Database health: any 503 response with
"error": "database_unavailable"indicates an upstream issue — safe to retry with the sameX-Idempotency-Key. - Webhook delivery health: the delivery log shows status, HTTP code, and round-trip time for the last 50 attempts.
Known limitations
- No published SLA targets yet.
- No automated email notifications for incidents — partners are notified manually via the support contact.
- Historical uptime data is not yet exposed.
