Connect your AI to Planlined

Drop carrier proposals, renewals and SBCs into the AI assistant you already use. It reads them and creates the case in Planlined for you to review.

Claude

Claude Free, Pro or Max

1. In Claude, go to Customize → Connectors.
2. Click Add custom connector, name it Planlined, and paste the connector URL.
3. If Claude asks how to identify itself (OAuth client), choose Register automatically. Leave the client ID and secret blank.
4. Click Add, then Connect. Sign in to Planlined and approve access.
5. In a chat, click + → Connectors and make sure Planlined is on. Attach your documents and say: “Create a Planlined case from these.”

The Free plan allows one custom connector.

Claude Team or Enterprise

1. An Owner goes to Organization settings → Connectors, selects Add → Custom (choose Web if asked), pastes the connector URL, and clicks Add.
2. Each member then goes to Customize → Connectors, finds Planlined (labelled Custom), clicks Connect, signs in to Planlined and approves access.

ChatGPT

Available on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web. On business plans, a workspace admin or owner may need to add it or give you permission.

1. Go to ChatGPT Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.
2. Name it Planlined, paste the connector URL, and choose OAuth for authentication.
3. Select I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin, and install it. Sign in to Planlined and approve access when asked.
4. In a new chat, type @, pick Planlined, attach your documents and ask it to create the case.

Microsoft Copilot

1. Your Microsoft 365 admin opens the agent in Copilot Studio, goes to Tools → Add a tool → New tool → Model Context Protocol.
2. Enter a name (Planlined), a description, and the connector URL. Choose OAuth 2.0, then Manual.
3. Create an app at Planlined OAuth apps with the callback URL Copilot Studio shows as its redirect URL. Paste the app's client ID and secret into Copilot Studio, with Authorization URL https://app.planlined.com/api/external-apps/oauth/authorize and Token URL https://app.planlined.com/api/external-apps/oauth/token.
4. Select Create, then Create a new connection and Add to agent. Publish the agent to your team.

Claude Code and other MCP clients

claude mcp add --transport http planlined https://app.planlined.com/api/v1/mcp

Run /mcp in Claude Code and choose Planlined to sign in.

What your AI can do

• Create cases from your documents, add renewal or alternate plans to an existing case, find your cases, and read plan details to compare options or draft summaries.
• It never sees census or member rosters, and it cannot delete cases or share anything.
• Plans your AI sends wait in Quick Case Creator: nothing becomes part of a case until you review and accept it.
• You can disconnect an AI app at any time under Account → Connected AI apps.
